Every plate is made just for you, packed in a padded black mailer and sent by Royal Mail. We email you when it's posted — with the tracking number if you chose Tracked 24.

When will my order be dispatched?
Every plate is made to order. Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day are made and dispatched the next working day. Orders after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays start the following working day. Busy periods (like the run-up to Christmas) can add a day — we'll always show the latest dates on the site.

Royal Mail delivery times are their targets, not guarantees. Strikes and severe weather can cause delays outside our control.
Where do you deliver?
UK addresses only for now, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, and BFPO. International delivery is coming soon.
Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (10 for 2nd Class), contact us and we'll look into it with Royal Mail, then remake and resend it or refund you.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away — once a parcel has been posted we can't redirect it.
